Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support on financial processes, systems and inquiries for stores and stakeholders.
• Serve as a key contact for financial/process questions and guide issue resolution.
• Coach and train store teams on financial procedures and system functionality.
• Analyze inquiries to identify root causes and determine practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Store Operations, Regional teams, IT to resolve issues.
• Communicate requirements and coordinate resolution between Customer Support and IT.
• Monitor trends and opportunities to improve processes and service levels.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training content.
