Job summary

T&T Supermarket is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business problems into technical solutions and drive requirements gathering across departments. You will document workflows, sign off on SRS, and support testing and training as part of system implementations.

The role requires strong communication skills, English fluency, and experience with business applications and process analysis. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
Knowledge of business application systems; supermarket operations experience is a definite advantage.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.

Responsibilities

Work with business users to understand problems and translate into technical solutions.
Document workflows and System Requirements Specification (SRS) with sign-off.
Prepare test plans and test cases for UAT and End-to-End tests; coordinate tests when applicable.
Prepare training materials and user manuals.
Facilitate implementation of new systems through training, demos and on-site support.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvements for future releases.
Assist in routine system audits for data reliability, integrity and security controls.
Manage relationships with business users and keep stakeholders updated on project results.
