Position Purpose: Provides guidance to clients to align technology solutions with business objectives, manages electronic data, and supports organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evaluation of business and operational requirements; recommend procedures and improvements.
• Identify, design, and refine business processes; translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Anticipate risks, collaborate with IT to mitigate issues, oversee system testing and implementation.
• Prepare technical reports, manuals, and documentation; support user training.
• Provide technical support, maintain and upgrade systems, assess system capabilities, and manage databases.
• Investigate security breaches, implement security measures, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
