OVERVIEW:
Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a contract senior process business analyst for a 12 month term to lead the analysis and documentation of IT business processes.
The Process Analyst is responsible for enhancing efficiency by consolidating and streamlining processes across IT. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and ensuring alignment with business and IT strategic objectives. The analyst collaborates with leaders across IT to implement process enhancements that drive performance improvements.
