Qualifikationen

• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Requirements gathering, documentation and process mapping.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear workflows and functional documentation.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams and project managers.
• Experience working on transformation or platform implementation projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end requirements management from discovery through implementation and post-release support.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business SMEs, Product, Compliance, Operations, vendors, and technology stakeholders.
• Support solution design by identifying integrations, data mappings, process impacts, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across requirements, development artifacts, test cases, and delivered solutions.
• Support UAT and defect resolution with Quality Engineering and business teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery execution.
