Qualifications

Senior Business System Analyst (UI/UX Project & Financial Services Industry Experience)

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid Role)

Duration: Long Term Contract role

Required Skills

• Must have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business System Analyst in Canadian banks.
• Must have hands‑on working experience in Web Based Digital Banking Application projects.
• Translate complex business processes and requirements into clear functional and UI user stories.
• Gather requirements from multiple non‑technical business and operations stakeholders.
• Create process maps (as‑is and to‑be) and gap analysis.
• Communicate functional and UI requirements to technical and UXD team.
• Highly preferred to have deep knowledge of SWIFT ISO 20022 MX message standards (pain.001, pain.002, pacs.002, pacs.004, pacs.008, pacs.009).
• Understanding and working knowledge of the payments processing life cycle and interactions among systems within a financial institution and with the SWIFT network.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements using tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio.
