We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst to be responsible for driving financial rigor, business case development, and financial management standards. The position is part of the ETS Chief Operating Officer team and will partner closely with domain leads, key stakeholders, and Finance. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong resource that can operate both independently and as part of a team.

This is a Lead Technology Administration Office position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you’ll do in the role:
Facilitate the proactive management of annual budgets.
Provide transparency on fix and variable costs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on monthly financial variations.
Facilitate the development of financial models to support Technology programs
Maintain financial and program reporting.
Present to senior stakeholders and management.
Leverage industry and benchmark analysis to drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring to the role:
6+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis/Accounting, preferably in financial services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface and to build relationships with people at various skill and seniority levels.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to perform in high pressure, fast paced situations.
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
Thorough understanding of finance and accounting principles
Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
