A leading apparel manufacturer seeks a Senior Sales Business Analyst responsible for analyzing and redesigning business processes. This role involves collaboration with IT to develop effective systems solutions and support the Order to Cash business processes. The opportunity
Reporting to the Director, IT Applications, as Senior Sales Business Analyst, you will be responsible for in-depth business process requirements analysis, business process re-design and translation of business-related requirements into functional specifications that will lead into the configuration and / or development of effective systems solutions. You will also lead and participate in the following activities : testing, preparation of training guides and other supporting documents, training business users, deployment of solutions, as well as post go-live support. This position has a strong IT aspect but is not limited only to IT projects; therefore, the selected candidate may also be involved in the reengineering or design of business processes.
