Egon Zehnder seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join the North America Research team in Montreal. You will guide internal client teams on Executive Search, Board and Advisory projects, handling research, planning, and client deliverables with a focus on quality and speed.

The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving, superb communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to knowledge management and business development efforts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience (post-undergrad).
• Experience in market research, qualitative or legal research, professional services/consulting, or project planning.
• Experience managing multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
• Very strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Research the client, client’s performance, and their ecosystem at the start of a project.
• Define and monitor project milestones and coordinate with various stakeholders to determine responsibilities.
• Serve as the lead Expert for multiple simultaneous client projects in collaboration with Consultants and other Experts.
• Guide the project team to drive strategy and deliver client materials with quality and speed.
• Identify and prioritize candidates through thorough research and internal/external resources.
• Work across Firm offerings to develop a well-rounded understanding of solutions.
• Create high-quality client documentation (e.g., profiles, role specs, search strategies, reports).
• Support business development with pitches and materials for client needs.
