Egon Zehnder is seeking an Associate to partner with Consultants and Partners on executive search and advisory projects, identifying top executive talent across industries. You will engage in research, outreach, and candidate assessment while developing your market knowledge and client service skills.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical abilities, proactive mindset, and a track record in professional services or talent acquisition, with a focus on delivering client success and firm growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of work experience in professional services or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in tackling complex problems with a strategic and analytical approach.
• Ability to persistently pursue solutions and navigate obstacles, ensuring challenges are addressed thoroughly.
• A proactive mindset that embraces challenges and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise presentations.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM/database systems.
• Demonstrated experience in engaging and communicating effectively with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex C-suite executive and board searches focusing on candidate research and outreach.
• Manage multiple client engagements with timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct business, industry, and candidate research; provide market analysis and search strategies.
• Develop high-quality marketing presentations and calibration profiles; assist business development.
• Contribute to knowledge management and leverage AI/technology as enablers.
• Build relationships across offices and mentor junior colleagues during onboarding.
