Own effective JIRA board management by maintaining a transparent, prioritized, and delivery-ready backlog; ensuring epics, stories, tasks, defects, dependencies, and acceptance criteria are complete and current.
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, status reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and cross-team dependency discussions, with clear actions and accountable owners.
Develop executive-ready updates and materials that connect delivery progress to product outcomes, highlight material risks and decisions, and avoid unnecessary technical detail.
