The Senior Business Analyst is a seasoned expert responsible for conducting highly specialized research, and providing analysis to senior management that addresses the high impact business needs of internal and external clients. The role exercises considerable judgement in overseeing change initiatives, business analysis, and user needs analysis to develop project plans and inform leadership of progress. The Senior Business Analyst uses deep knowledge in their field of expertise to support projects as a subject matter expert, identifying problems and resolutions, and assessing the impact of proposed changes. In addition, the role facilitates client meetings and takes ownership of activities to ensure client needs are met or exceeded.
