We are looking for energetic, sales savvy and client service-oriented individuals to join our team. In your role as a Business Development Manager, you will work with a Director, Regional Sales within a defined territory to increase market share of CIBC Global Asset Management with existing clients while incrementally developing new business relationships by prospecting. Your primary sales activity will be over the telephone and, when required, meet the client face to face as determined by events and activities within the region. *At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.* The expected annualized base salary for this role is $75,870 to $85,000. This role is also eligible for variable incentive compensation, which varies significantly based on several factors, including employee performance. Based on past performance of employees in this role, variable incentive compensation may range from approximately $45,000 to $95,000 annually, but actual amounts earned can be outside of this range.
