As an Analyst you will be expected to provide a broad range of analytical and research support to all professionals within the Financial Institutions & Public Sector Lending group of CIBC Corporate Banking. The Analyst will be involved with a variety of client transactions that expose them to various aspects of loan origination, deal structuring and execution. The Analyst will work with a number of senior partners internally to support a wide range of large corporate client relationships. Responsibilities include financial statement and credit analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, industry research and assisting in the preparation of credit narratives, presentation materials and client pitch books. The role of an Analyst is challenging and fast-paced. It requires dedication, passion for the industry and a very solid work ethic.
