This role focuses on modernizing Bloomberg order staging integrations and supporting critical trading projects across Front Office, Operations, and Risk.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Python experience for data analysis/automation/testing.
• Experience supporting pre-trade and post-trade workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating with vendors or third-party system integrations, preferably Bloomberg.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a leading pension and investment organization within its Trading Integrations team. This individual will play a key role in a major pre-trade compliance initiative, focused on modernizing Bloomberg order staging integrations and supporting critical trading integration projects across Front Office, Operations, and Risk teams.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, trading teams, vendors, and technology partners, driving requirements gathering, process analysis, integration design, testing, and implementation activities. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced capital markets environment and have the ability to quickly understand complex trading workflows and system integrations.

This role requires a hands-on Business Analyst who can operate independently, work closely with SMEs, analyze data, document requirements, and support end-to-end delivery of integration solutions.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets
• Strong understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle
• Experience supporting pre-trade and post-trade workflows
• Knowledge of one or more asset classes, including:(Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Futures, Securities Lending, Repos, Collateral Management)
• Understanding of order and execution workflows, interface requirements, message flows, testing, and vendor coordination
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting vendor or third-party system integrations, preferably Bloomberg
• Strong SQL skills, including writing and troubleshooting queries for data analysis and validation
• Experience working on pre-trade compliance projects
• Python experience for data analysis, automation, or testing activities
• Exposure to institutional asset management, pension funds, or buy-side trading environments
• Experience leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve business analysis activities, requirements documentation, data validation, and operational efficiencies
• Knowledge of trade compliance, regulatory controls, or risk management processes
