Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets domain knowledge to drive requirements for large-scale projects. The role requires adeptness in planning, elicitation, and prioritization, plus data analysis using SQL and advanced Excel/Visio skills.

The ideal candidate will work with APIs, Python, and AI in analytics, and collaborate on workflow tools like JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow, while understanding ETL/Data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes.
• Experience in requirements planning, prioritization and elicitation techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Visio.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Experience with APIs, Python, and AI in analytics projects.
• Experience with workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines in integration contexts.
• Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of the Product Control function within Capital Markets.
• Hands-on data sourcing and mappings for major Capital Markets products.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics concepts.
