Job summary

Luxoft seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in the trading lifecycle and collateral management, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams in an Agile environment. • Expert in Agile methodology; Own the process mapping and creating epics/stories for the end-to-end multiple determination workflow — inputs, transformations, outputs, and dependencies between stories
• Liaise between the engineering team and the stakeholders to resolve open design decisions
• Define and refine acceptance criteria for each story in collaboration with the business teams — ensuring outputs matches expectations and the stories adhere to the DoR and DoD. Manage backlog

Responsibilities

• Engage with trading desks, risk, treasury, operations, and collateral teams to capture and analyze business needs.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog in line with strategic objectives.
• Evaluate and improve workflows around collateral management, and intraday collateral movement.
• Support delivery of solutions that strengthen efficiency, transparency, and compliance in collateral processes.
• Perform data analysis to validate requirements, identify trends, and ensure data integrity across trading and collateral domains.
• Review data products, reports, and pipelines to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to address quality issues and support decision-making.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Track progress, remove blockers, and promote agile best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives, highlighting risks and dependencies.
• Communicate status updates and findings to senior management and stakeholders.

• Validate prototype outputs against requirements; Cross-function Stakeholder management across multiple projects.
• UAT coordination, user adoption support and test case design; Define OKR's and supporting work.
