Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a senior Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst in Toronto, ON. The role is hybrid (4 days onsite) and targets candidates with extensive BA experience in banking, strong requirements gathering, and hands-on agile project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years as a BA/BSA, expertise in mobile/online banking projects, and is comfortable collaborating with BU and IT stakeholders on large initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a BA/BSA.
• 2+ years of experience on Agile projects.
• Experience with Mobile and Online banking projects.
• Proven ability to gather Business requirements and Systems requirements independently.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and gap analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and systems specifications, business context diagrams and business process maps.
• Experience working on large projects over $2 million.
• Recent Banking experience.
• Excellent communication skills required; will be working with BU stakeholders and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration skills, and highly adaptable.
• Strong knowledge of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation).
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.

Must-have:
