Job description

Our Senior Business Analyst is a role within the Customer Experience & Operations department. You will work closely with the NBI Executive leaders to develop and maintain operational frameworks, including strategic initiatives and key performance success measures.

Working in a collaborative team, there is opportunity to develop creative solutions to the ways in which we view and report data and build our annual plans. There will also be ample time spent building out new initiatives and collaborating on different projects as priorities change. You will be well supported by a tight knit team who will do everything to help you succeed in this role!
