What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Business Analyst

Our Senior Business Analysts play a crucial role on our Business Analysis team. They are responsible for analyzing problems and executing solutions across various projects and business areas. They utilize skills in planning, elicitation, requirements management, strategic analysis, design, and solution validation.

Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this individual will work closely with stakeholders and senior business leaders to identify innovative uses of technology and processes to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency. They will mentor junior analysts and foster creative thinking. They employ business intelligence and analytical techniques for data management and participate in application design and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate risks and impacts.
