  • Support project estimation, planning, scope control, dependency management, risk identification and decision tracking.
  • Define test strategies and scenarios; coordinate system, integration and user acceptance testing; manage defects; and obtain evidence-based business sign‑off.
  • Develop implementation, cutover and post‑implementation support plans in collaboration with project and operational stakeholders.
  • Contribute to change impact assessments, stakeholder communications, training needs and user adoption activities.
  • Analyse operational and system data to identify inefficiencies, trends, control gaps and improvement opportunities; define practical KPIs where appropriate.
  • Support ERP modernisation, application enhancements, integrations, master‑data improvements, reporting initiatives and M&A integration activities.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication on requirements, decisions, risks, issues, priorities and expected outcomes.
  • Coach other analysts and promote consistent business analysis methods, templates, quality standards and continuous improvement.
  • Approve business cases, requirements packages and process documentation that are complete, clear, testable and traceable.
