Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing engineering consulting firm in Halifax, NS. You will oversee restoration projects from design through construction, coordinating clients, contractors, and internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a Civil/Architectural Engineering degree, 5+ years in building envelope/restoration, and a P.Eng designation or eligibility. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with budgets, schedules, and scope.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, scopes of work, and restoration drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building restoration projects from design through completion.
• Conduct site investigations and condition assessments.
• Develop proposals including scope, fee estimates, and schedules.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
• Mentor junior engineers and project team members.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and restoration practices.
• Travel within Canada occasionally, mainly Nova Scotia.
