Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in building operations and maintenance of facilities with commercial assets.
• BES 1&2 or 4th Class Power Engineer certificate required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and develop action plans for improvements.
• Proficient in operating a Building Automation System.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
