We are seeking a Building Operator at 700 University Ave, Toronto, for an office and retail portfolio. This role will ensure that the assigned real estate portfolio is being managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, while also optimizing operational efficiency to the highest standard. This position follows a rotating weekday shift schedule (Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with overtime and on-call participation as required.

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: Toronto, ON Approximate Salary Range for Role: $64,317 - $74,000 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
