Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification in building inspection.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building inspection, construction, or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and specifications.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities
