Job summary

EBC is seeking a Senior Pursuit Lead to drive major infrastructure bids in Canada. You will oversee the complete pursuit lifecycle from opportunity evaluation through client interviews, coordinating cross-functional teams to craft winning proposals.

You will develop bid strategies, review procurement documents, and manage schedules to deliver compelling technical and commercial submissions that align with EBC's standards of excellence. Fluency in English is preferred; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/construction related field.
• 7+ years in bids, proposals, pre-construction, or estimating for major civil projects.
• Experience delivering pursuits for transportation, bridges, tunnels, or heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete pursuit lifecycle from opportunity evaluation to client interviews.
• Develop winning bid strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Review procurement documents and identify risks, opportunities, and success factors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary pursuit teams across estimating, engineering, planning, and design partners.
• Develop and manage detailed pursuit schedules and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Oversee preparation of technical proposals, methodologies, and execution plans.
• Facilitate proposal planning meetings and risk workshops.
• Collaborate with estimating leadership on pricing strategies.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and present compelling solutions.
• Coordinate communications with clients and partners throughout procurement.
