Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence and Insights in Mississauga, Ontario. The role concentrates on leveraging program, patient, and system data to guide business decisions and outputs for stakeholders within BII, program management, and operations.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in pharma or healthcare, strong SQL skills, CRM and BI platform experience (Salesforce, Power BI), and excellent communication and analytical abilities in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a numerate or analytical field.
• Strong SQL querying ability is required.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) is a strong asset.
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a conduit between client partners, program management, operations, and the BII team to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Recommend and facilitate development of data solutions for ad-hoc and ongoing outputs.
• Adhere to testing and deployment best practices for outputs.
