Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience.

- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example with personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
- Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
- Drive sales by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and upholding merchandising standards.
- Support daily salon operations, including opening/closing duties, and acting as a key holder when required.
- Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants through knowledge sharing and coaching.
