Chatters is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant for our Aberdeen, Kamloops Retail Salon. You will deliver personalized beauty consultations, recommend products, and support-store goals while mentoring Beauty Sales Consultants.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience minimum.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Aberdeen, Kamloops Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations

• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required
