Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in beauty product development and formulation.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in trend analysis and consumer insights within the beauty industry.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in laboratory practices and analytical techniques, with remote collaboration skills.
