Job summary

ABA Express is seeking a dynamic BCBA to join our mission-driven team in a contracted role. You will lead paraprofessionals, develop and implement Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, and monitor progress with data-driven adjustments.

Parent trainings will be part of your responsibilities, along with designing tailored curricula based on assessments. Required are a Master’s degree in ABA and BCBA certification; experience with children in behavioral health or special education; strong

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB is required.
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and encourage paraprofessionals.
• Conduct patient assessments to develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress.
• Provide parent trainings.
• Design tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessments.
