Job summary

SHARE Family & Community Services is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop evidence‑based interventions for preschool and school‑age children in collaboration with families. The role emphasizes family-centered, trauma‑informed approaches and coordination with schools and service providers.

The successful candidate will hold a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and at least two years of pediatric clinical experience.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other relevant health related disciplines.
  • BCBA certification is required.
  • Two years of pediatric clinical experience in behavior analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans with families and providers.
  • Provide written plans with goals, tasks, and timeframes.
  • Apply theories and techniques to support learning, memory, language, and behavior.
  • Identify crises and implement appropriate interventions with progress review by interdisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to support program implementation and community referrals.
  • Liaise with families, schools and service providers for coordinated therapies.
  • Maintain records, produce reports, and provide education to families and staff.
