Job summary

FISPAN Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced backend engineer to own and deliver robust solutions for our accounting software integrations and plugins.

You will join a high-performance team, design and implement scalable backend systems, and collaborate closely with product and other engineers to reshape enterprise banking applications. The role emphasizes craftsmanship and ownership in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working with Java, including Java 17.
• 4+ years experience with databases (Postgres and MongoDB).
• Nice to have bank integrations via SFTP or APIs and cloud tech (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions to complex problems in backend systems.
• Own projects and contribute to re-shaping corporate banking applications.
• Build FISPAN’s accounting software integrations and plugins as part of a high-performance team.
