Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven stakeholder management and project leadership

• Strong communication and product lifecycle ownership

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Defining product vision, strategy, and execution

• Leading cross-functional Agile teams and delivery

• Managing end-to-end product lifecycle and customer experience

• Driving growth through innovation and user-centric design

• Acting as the product evangelist and stakeholder liaison

Preferred Experience:

• Leading large-scale IT or digital transformation projects

• Roadmapping, backlog management, and KPI tracking

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Exposure to public sector projects and OPS standards (digital, accessibility, cybersecurity)
