Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV tech or unified communications.
• Experience with AV installation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, or similar systems.
• Ability to diagnose audio, video, device, and network issues.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support audio-visual systems and collaboration platforms.
• Troubleshoot Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, cameras, mics, displays, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve audio, video, network connectivity, and device issues.
• Configure firmware, software, and device settings for reliability and security.
• Manage incidents, requests, and escalations through ServiceNow with SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on AV and collaboration equipment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on upgrades and enhancements.
• Document procedures, configurations, and knowledge articles.
