Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV technologies, collaboration platforms, or unified communications environments.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AV installation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, or similar meeting room technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support audio-visual systems, conference room technologies, and collaboration platforms.
• Troubleshoot Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, cameras, microphones, displays, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve audio, video, network connectivity, and device performance issues.
• Configure firmware, software, and device settings to maintain system reliability and security.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ServiceNow while meeting SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on AV and collaboration equipment.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to upgrade technology.
• Document procedures, support activities, configurations, and knowledge articles.

This role is responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, and related collaboration technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a customer‑focused approach to ensure reliable meeting experiences and seamless operation of critical communication technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and support audio‑visual systems, conference room technologies, and collaboration platforms.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, cameras, microphones, displays, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve audio, video, network connectivity, and device performance issues.
• Configure firmware, software, and device settings to maintain system reliability and security.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ServiceNow while meeting established SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and proactive health checks on AV and collaboration equipment.
• Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to implement technology upgrades and enhancements.
• Document technical procedures, support activities, system configurations, and knowledge articles.

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV technologies, collaboration platforms, or unified communications environments.
• Experience with AV installation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, or similar meeting room technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve audio, video, device, and network-related issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT service management platforms.
• Knowledge of endpoint configuration, firmware updates, and device lifecycle management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience supporting Zoom Rooms or other collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of AV‑over‑IP, network infrastructure, and enterprise connectivity concepts.
• Experience with digital signage, room scheduling systems, and conference room automation technologies.
• Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS‑I, Microsoft Teams Administrator, or related certifications.
• Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise meeting room environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution environments.
• Exposure to monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools for collaboration technologies.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson’s pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $66,200 - $88,300
