Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Operations, this role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing financial services company.

Responsibilities :

• Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, and reconciliation of cash and security positions.
• Prepare portfolio pricing, ensuring all holdings are valued according to fund documents and valuation policies.
• Calculate and allocate capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare fee schedules, including management fees and waterfalls, adhering to fund documents.
• Handle investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring correct booking of capital transactions and P&L allocation.
• Compile NAV packages and other deliverables as per service level agreements.
• Perform ad hoc requests and projects as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to meet all deliverables and requests.
• Assist in preparing audited financial statements, regulatory filings, and audit support as applicable.

Qualifications :

• University degree or professional designation (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior fund accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
