Job summary

Mercer, a global consulting leader, is seeking a Senior Associate for Change Management Consulting. This hybrid role can be based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa or Montreal, offering exposure to large-scale transformation and M&A engagements.

As part of the Career Consulting Team, you will guide clients through people-centered change, leveraging data to define and navigate the journey of change while contributing to Mercer’s competitive advantage.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
