Mercer Career Consulting Team is seeking a Senior Associate, Change Management Consulting to help organizations transform how they work and how their people experience work. Hybrid role based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa or Montreal, Canada.

You will join an experienced team delivering change management for large-scale transformations and M&A projects, leveraging data-driven guidance to drive adoption and results.

• Manage project delivery for change management workstreams in large-scale transformation and M&A engagements.
• Develop and maintain plans, timelines, budgets, resourcing and trackers to keep milestones on schedule.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
