BPA is seeking a Senior Associate, Electrical Engineering in Toronto to own complex building projects, strengthen client relationships, and help grow the engineering talent pool. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering high-impact electrical systems across data centers, commercial developments, and retrofit initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, a P.Eng. or eligibility in Ontario, and 7–10 years of consulting experience, plus strong CAD/Revit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility in Ontario.
• 7–10 years of electrical engineering consulting experience.
• Client relationship management expertise.
• Site visits and retrofit project experience.
• Working knowledge of CAD and/or Revit.

Responsabilités

• Own key client relationships from kickoff through delivery.
• Lead design and review of electrical systems across diverse projects.
• Stay hands-on with site visits, field reviews, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.
