Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Regina, SK, seeks an experienced Asset Manager to optimize our equipment finance portfolio. You will manage residual values, assess risk, and drive asset recovery throughout the lease lifecycle.

Collaborating with internal teams and lenders, you will monitor maturities, coordinate inspections, support renewals, and help grow profitability through proactive remarketing and strong reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset management or equipment finance
• Proven experience with residual values and portfolio risk
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Excel and portfolio management systems

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain residual value matrices for collateral types.
• Analyze residual values annually to stay in line with the market.
• Sign off on exceptions to the matrices with ownership.
• Report upcoming maturities to BF/BT Sales teams and coordinate activities.
• Oversee end-of-term inspections and returns to inventory.
• Coordinate payouts of residual values with lending partners.
• Forecast renewals and identify transactions with equity or loss exposure.
• Collaborate with remarketing teams to pre-sell units near maturity date.
