Job summary

EY is looking for an experienced leader to help grow our Asset Management and Pensions practice in Canada. You will lead diverse client engagements, shape strategies, and partner with clients to transform front-to-back office operations while guiding teams through complex delivery and growth initiatives.

You will leverage deep asset management expertise, drive proposals, mentor colleagues, and manage engagement economics to ensure profitability and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Track record leading projects (10 years+) in asset/investment management.
• Experience leading sales collateral and proposals.
• Strong business writing, presentations and stakeholder management skills.
• People coaching and mentoring experience.
• Extensive experience of project and programme delivery.
• Deep understanding of market trends in wealth/asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements – manage delivery, planning, execution, stakeholder mgmt and strategic outcomes.
• Provide subject matter guidance to team based on asset management industry and tech/operations projects.
• Business & practice development – lead proposals and scoping documents, proactively build client relationships.
• Team management – recruitment, mentoring and counsellor programmes.
• Account management & financials – oversee engagement financials, profitability, resource allocation, and risk management.
