Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on assembly, manufacturing, or quality experience in a custom equipment environment.
• 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on mechanical assembly of custom tooling and machinery using drawings, specs, and procedures.
• Lead and support Assembly Technicians by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance.
• Review drawings before builds and ensure materials, parts, and tools are ready.
