Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with SystemVerilog/Verilog for synthesizable RTL.
• Experience with ASIC architecture, microarchitecture, and hardware implementation.
• Experience with ASIC verification methods and tooling.
• Understanding of digital logic, pipelining, FSMs, and memory architectures.
• Familiarity with FPGA prototyping and ASIC-to-FPGA flows.
• Ability to collaborate across hardware, software, and systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASIC architecture & microarchitecture development for spatial vision and edge AI acceleration.
• Develop synthesizable RTL modules and reusable IP blocks.
• Drive functional verification, testbenches, coverage models, and sign-off.
• Coordinate physical design activities, timing closure, and tape-out readiness.
• Oversee FPGA prototyping and hardware integration with sensors and embedded processors.
• Collaborate with AI/vision teams to optimize neural network inference in hardware.
• Mentor engineers and manage cross-functional engineering schedules.
