Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience leading applications and digital initiatives including cloud migrations and automation.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, security policies, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, testing, and deployment across the application portfolio.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, integrations, and new deployments.
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical specs for developers and stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and business continuity.
