Job summary

McCarthy Tétrault seeks a Senior Applications Analyst to lead the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of updates across the enterprise application portfolio. You will partner with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement changes and drive modernization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership in applications, with strong Azure, Power Platform, and AI capabilities, and a bilingual English/French proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of progressive IT experience, incl. 3+ years in a senior/lead application analyst role.
Experience with Azure, cloud services, and full SDLC across on‑premises and cloud.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, security practices, and governance standards.
Experience applying AI capabilities in enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, testing, and implementation across the application portfolio.
Oversee project delivery with vendors and internal teams for upgrades and integrations.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to document requirements.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation; enable knowledge transfer.
Partner with Security, QA, and AI teams to govern changes and quality.
