Job summary

Responsibilities

• Feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, and application development.
• Monitor and control all phases of development and provide user/operational support.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate processes, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop security measures and assess post-implementation risk.
• Consult with users and technology groups on issues and provide advanced programming solutions.
• Ensure operating standards and processes.
• Serve as advisor to new or lower level analysts.
