Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a Cyber Security Professional to shape the future of application security. You will design, build, and maintain secure tools that improve decision-making, automate tasks, and drive positive change across the organization.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, and produce thorough technical documentation to support design and debugging efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, with Python, REST APIs and containers.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks (FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph) and Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience with Git and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (OCP, Azure, AWS) and web services (SOAP, REST).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
