Job summary

The Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the new Stablecoin Mandate within the Payments and Regulatory Oversight Department. You will help develop supervisory expectations and ensure readiness across policy, legal, technology and operations.

You will engage with industry on consultations, translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance, and participate in change management as the organization adapts to digital assets.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in economics, public administration, or business administration (or related field) with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree with at least six years of relevant experience.
• Ability to develop and implement supervisory policies for financial, payments, or fintech sectors.

Responsibilities
