Job Description

Information Security partners with departments to advance technology and third-party information/cyber risk management, enabling the Fund to compete effectively and leverage innovative technologies. The security operations team manages incident response, vulnerability management, security awareness, email security, data protection, and other security support functions.

The Senior Analyst, Information Security, supports enterprise-wide security activities, including risk assessment, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability identification, security tool management, policy development, and other related activities.

Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to solve complex security problems.
  • Manage responses to security incidents following established frameworks.
  • Analyze logs and security tool data to investigate issues.
  • Deploy and manage security controls.
  • Prepare security dashboards and reports.
  • Participate in security governance activities.
  • Investigate and resolve security incidents efficiently.
  • Monitor threat intelligence feeds and gather vulnerability information.
  • Produce threat intelligence reports to support security planning.
  • Assess security incident trends and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and record issues.
  • Coordinate remediation of control deficiencies.
  • Advise departments on security risks and issues.
  • Be available for on-call duties up to 30% of the time.
  • Work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure or cybersecurity technologies is preferred.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
  • Technical expertise in firewalls, anti-virus, SIEM, threat intelligence, and cloud security.
  • Knowledge of attack vectors, malware, and security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, DLP, and other security tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Preferred: scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, KQL, Bash) for automation.
